Just what I wanted for a new iPhone. A special “Thank You” to artist ‘Serge Averbukh’ for the addition, at my request, to the design of my Navy rating, the lightening bolts (sparks as they are/were called) in the middle of the CPO insignia. I asked; he came through….When I use my phone, it brings back fond memories of my 20-year Navy career…. Thanks Serge….

Memories of autumn fun mingle with winter gear in this still life watercolor for outdoor enthusiasts. Fishing tackle includes a fly fishing reel, fishing poles, lures, net and fishing basket. A pair of snowshoes and binoculars are among dried maple leaves that blew inside the bunky (bunkhouse) in the fall. The frosty cold cottage exterior is a stark contrast to the warm glow of an unseen fireplace in the one-room cabin. The sleeping Mallard duck decoy is unaware of happy Chickadees flitting around the bird feeder beyond the frosty window pane. Winter is still full of life - you just have to look harder.
